Establishing Effective Interprofessional Care Pathways for Obstructive Sleep Apnea

Overview

Welcome to the Sleep Management Hub on establishing effective interprofessional care pathways for screening, diagnosis, and management of obstructive sleep apnea (OSA), developed in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team of expert healthcare providers, Rush University Medical Center, and the Academy for Continued Healthcare Learning (ACHL).

From general practice to specialty care, HCPs across diverse settings play an important role in screening, diagnosing, and treating patients who may also have OSA. Through this hub, providers will deepen their understanding of obesity and other risk factors for OSA and the morbidity and mortality associated with OSA. Providers must be knowledgeable and competent to identify those at risk and provide a timely diagnosis to ensure that patients receive optimal management.

Whether you are an HCP wanting to train as an educator or simply earn CME/CE around the latest evidence; or a healthcare site or professional society looking to identify faculty for upcoming educational offerings, this hub has 3 pathways to meet your needs.
